Hi! I struggled with Puppps postpartum and what really helped me were salt baths. I used decent quality sea salt and quite a bit of it in the bath. The first few seconds you will feel like the most extreme itch of your life but immediately after, there’s sweet relief. Drinking lemon water and incorporating foods that boost or are good for the liver also helped me a lot. Hope this helps and that you get some relief soon!

  • I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing PUPPS rash during your pregnancy: it can be incredibly uncomfortable. Many people have found relief through a few common approaches that might help you as well. Over-the-counter antihistamines, like Benadryl, can provide some relief from itching and help with sleep. Topical treatments containing menthol or hydrocortisone may also soothe the skin. Additionally, oatmeal baths can be soothing and help reduce irritation.

It's crucial to consult with your healthcare provider before trying any new treatments to ensure they're safe for you and your baby. They may have specific recommendations or prescription options that could offer more effective relief tailored to your situation. Remember, you're not alone in this - many women experience similar challenges, and there are solutions out there that can help ease your discomfort!
