IUGR births

Has anyone experienced IUGR & when was your baby deliverd & how did it turn out? I'm 34 weeks & dealing with that now. No other complication my fluid n doppler n NST's show good & she's head down (engaged) im due early Dec. I'm curious of another moms experience PLEASE & Thank You.
