What’s more accurate ultrasound or last lmp. My last lmp was April 8 so my EDD would of been Jan 13 but when I went to the doctors he gave me the due date of Jan 21 based on my ultrasound

Ultrasound is more accurate......a due date is not an exact science its just an estimation of when baby is due.  Its not an exact science, even going w/ LMP its just an estimation.

Due date based on LMP assumes the typical ovulation date of day 14 of your cycle. Ultrasound due dates consider the typical size/measurements for the fetus at a particular week gestation. So with a later due date than what your LMP says ovulation was likely later or you're possibly measuring smaller than average.

FWIW my due date was 7/14. Ultrasounds said  I was due as early as 7/10 but he ended up being born on the 19th when I needed to be induced due to high BP.

This doesn't even take potential complications into account which could result in pre-term birth.
