Two week growth spurt?

First time mom here and I’m pretty sure my 16 day old is going through this “two week growth spurt” he is constantly showing hunger cues. He’s already taking 4oz at a time which seems like almost every two hours at this point. He used to be very good with his wake window but now he wakes up wants to eat then stays awake for a while, finally takes a short nap and the gets hungry again. I guess my question is do I keep feeding when he’s hungry? Even if it’s only been an hour do I give him another bottle? (he is solely bottle fed).

Yes feed him if he's showing signs that he's hungry. Cluster feeding is pretty common when they are going through a growth spurt
