@slow_pineapple, I think as long as you modify certain movements, it is fine to continue to workout as you did pre-pregnancy. You’ll want to avoid jumping, etc as the relaxin in pregnancy can make the joints easier to strain/hurt from my understanding.
Similar to the question above, does anyone have tips for relieving back soreness while running? I’ve never had lower back soreness while running until I got pregnant - I’m 5w3d, and all the back support I can find online is geared towards those with a baby bump (which obviously I don’t have yet lol)
So according to my app I am 4w4d. A week ago today my hcg was 24. On Monday it was 155, Wednesday it was 435, and today were up to 1890! My numbers are tripling or more! My doctor moved up my ultrasound to next week. Has anyone else had this happen or any ideas? Googling has not been my friend.
Estimated gestational age is 5w5d. Is this just a different view which is why it looks like the yolk sac (?) is taking up the whole space? Had a previous miscarriage and with a lower heart rate this time again I’m of course questioning everything. My OB won’t see me for another month so I went to a local pregnancy clinic which doesn’t diagnose or give medical advice other than verify a pregnancy.
my brain is racing 100 miles and hour every day overthinking.. I am 6+3 weeks pregnant and from about 4 weeks I keep getting brown discharge for about 4 days and then it stops for 2 or so, and starts again.. I have no cramps or anything other that is concerning. My boobs have been a little sore ever since I’ve found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks, but no other symptoms yet. Has anyone else experienced anything like this in the early weeks? This is driving me insane and I’m hoping someone else has also experienced this - did it turn out that everything was fine, or what happened to you? Interested to hear any outcome please 🙏🏼
My doctor wants to keep monitoring them until I’m further along. After a little research it’s states every woman is different and we shouldn’t be alarmed only if they drop.
This is mine I'm 5 weeks 5 days worried tho because they said the pregnancy might not be progressing some people have said that sonogram is only 3 weeks and that I'm just super early my first obgyn appointment isn't until the 28th of this month so I'm going crazy not knowing also this a pregnancy confirmation from a pregnancy clinic I also have light pink spotting today so I think that's implantation bleeding hopefully
for the running question early on before you have a true bump to support- ive been using the elliptical 3x a week and I noticed I had more comfort with the bouncing (I’m 12 weeks today) when I have a supportive legging on that is higher waisted and then I take a sweatshirt and tie it just under my almost bump area. It helps with all the up and downs and I seem to have less pain this way. Good luck!

Should I be worried about my HCG levels not doubling but slowly rising?

I'm here wondering the same♡
