Hi! I'm Jen. It's funny that you posted this because I was just thinking of starting a thread. I'm Ttc and I need to get myself sorted out. But I'm finding motivation a struggle so I was hoping some comradery might help.
This month I'm focusing on tracking my food/ water intake, and by extension, eating healthier. And working out ( yoga or walking) at least 30 minutes a day. I'm also a teacher, so stress management is an ongoing goal.
Things are going ok. I'm looking at today as a reset. I adore Halloween so I let the hair down yesterday. My recent win is cutting out most alcohol last month. It was easier than I thought it would be.
I'm looking for motivation. I'm struggling with time management and finding energy after work to work out.
@starbat1790 I hear you about Halloween! I can resist a peanut butter cup almost any other time of year, but at Halloween, forget it! My husband bought an entire bag and then left for a work trip. I wanted to punch him.
What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week/year? 30 minutes of daily movement, protein at every meal.
How's everything going? Any recent wins? My recent win is that I finally lost the 20 pounds I put on this summer.
What has you motivated or struggling? I've been eating out of a microwave for 7 weeks due to house renovations, but I just got my kitchen back, so I am super motivated to cook and eat all the healthy fall foods!
What habits, goals, or resolutions are you focusing on this week/year? TW MC I want to lose the 10 lbs I gained during my recent pregnancy that ended in MC.
How's everything going? Any recent wins? I haven’t started working out again due to the bleeding but plan to tomorrow or Sunday.
What has you motivated or struggling? We can put our treadmill back up (it goes in our IL apartment that my parents live in May-Oct) so I’m really excited about that.
