Two week wait and ovulating 8dpo following trigger shot

Hi. I am 8 dpo. 7th IUI attempt. 2nd recent attempt. Tried last month without success. I thought last month was going to be it. 2 mature follicles. This month I had one at 22. I triggered and had my IUI 36 hours later. Now the not-so-fun TWW. 

Last cycle I had a positive opk at 12dpo. Just for the heck of it, I used an opk in conjunction with an hpt. Super positive opk and negative hpt. I then read that you can ovulate more than once in a cycle. I stopped progesterone at 14dpo due to negative hpt. 

I am currently 8dpo this cycle and I had one pregnancy test left. I used it along with an opk. Positive opk and a line on the hpt. I do realize the line is probably hcg from my trigger shot. I did a 250 shot. 

I’ve posted images from last cycle and this cycle. I tracked my lines to test out hcg last month. I did not put myself through that this month. Just curious if anyone has an explanation for me ovulating twice two months in a row. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks for any input.
