Upcoming Appointments: Our first appointment is (finally) tomorrow. I think I need this to make everything feel real and will be able to breath easier with a heartbeat and genetic testing being done. 
How are you feeling?: I still feel pretty crummy but this week was better than previous weeks. Maybe that means the clouds of first tri are parting.

GTKY: What's your favorite Halloween costume that you've worn? when I was a kid, my dad made me a robot costume from a cardboard box, spray paint, stickers and dryer vent tubing. It was epic and one of my fav childhood memories. Cant wait to pass along the tradition.

How are you feeling?: nausea hasn’t been as bad the past few days. My food aversions are still here but aren’t as strong. Enjoying the break, even if it’s temporary. 
Rants/Raves: my 5 year wedding anniversary is this Friday, but still not sure what we’re going to do to celebrate. We usually go out for a decadent dinner, but my appetite is pretty much nonexistent and it just seems like a nice dinner would be disappointing. 
Questions: 
GTKY: What's your favorite Halloween costume that you've worn?: I DIY’d costumes for the Fantastic Mister Fox characters a few years back- made paper mache heads and got the outfits from the thrift store. the costumes turned out great!

How are you feeling?: Meh. I'm functional, which is more than I have been able to say some days. Still have a terrible taste in my mouth all the time, hate all my drink options, and nothing sounds good to eat. Still dealing with nausea, but that part is a little more manageable. 

Rants/Raves: We told our 5-year-old DD she is going to be a big sister! She cried because she is worried it will be a boy. 😆 Overall she seems to have warmed up to the idea though.

GTKY: What's your favorite Halloween costume that you've worn? One year DH and I dressed up as characters from Clue!

@abjm0325 poor girl lol. That reminds me, when we had our son, our good friends came to our gender reveal thingie, and after we cut the cake, we couldn’t find Melanie, their daughter. She was on the stairs, bawling her eyes out, because “there’s just so many boys everywhere!” Lol

How are you feeling?: The fatigue has lifted, but the nausea is still there, which means that I’m not just laid up on the couch all the time but it does mean I gotta go throw up mid-activity a lot these days. 😅

@ashleyp625 She just got her fourth boy cousin (she's the only girl on both sides) so I think that had something to do with the reaction. 🙃
