Any ultrasound techs here?

I have had horrible anxiety since my 9 week ultrasound. The tech used the pulse wave setting and we heard the heartbeat, but I learned after that setting is discouraged. On my picture, it says the “PRF” on the pulse wave was set at 4.5khz. Is that super high? I can’t find any information on google and I’m freaking out.

I'm sure you and baby are just fine.  An ultrasound tech is not going to do something to endanger you or your baby.
