As we are all now in third trimester, getting sleep is rough. I was curious about what or how you've been dealing with falling asleep and getting some zzz's in ladies.
I’ve always fallen asleep to familiar YouTube videos, so that’s still what I’ve been doing. For me that includes Forensic Files and old episodes of Buzzfeed Unsolved! 😅
I'm tired! Give me a flat (or even reclined) space and a few minutes of peace and quiet, and I'll fall asleep. I've even just pulled off the freeway at a gas station when driving, reclined, and taken a cat nap... not something I did much of before, but first and third trimester apparently makes me sleepy! Overnight I may not get the best sleep and I wake up a bunch (mostly to pee or because something is unccomfortable), but falling asleep isn't hard for me.
