What Robitussin do you take?

I was told to use Robitussin without DM but all of the other bottles without DM have the same ingredients on the bottle. What's the difference and what have you used for coughing? So congested.

When I had COVID at 12 weeks, I used cough syrup that only had Dextromethorphan as the active ingredient.

I started Robitussin that has Dextromethorphan just a smaller amount then the DM. I've read that a lot of women use DM while pregnant and haven't had problems. I guess each practice may be different. I'm definitely taking the one that they told me to take. But didn't see much difference between DM and CF.
