GTKY: Do you think we should get rid of Daylight Savings time?

Introduce yourself and anything you think is important: number of loss(es), when you had the loss(es), diagnosis/conditions surrounding loss, etc. Consecutive losses, one around 6 weeks in Aug 2021, and the second around 12 weeks in Feb 2022

Status: First TWW in almost a year 

How are things going? What is something that you are struggling with and/or what is going well? I'm trying to be as positive and open as I can be about the possibility of becoming pregnant again. I think the fear will always be there though. Looking forward to seeing my OBGYN in a few weeks to make a plan. Also acupuncture last week was lit. She gave me electro-stimulation on the needles in my belly. It was a super weird sensation, but I loved it, and I was the embodiment of Zen for the next 24 hours. She could tell what side I was ovulating on (I can too thanks to a weird ovary that makes large cysts) just by how much current was running through each side. Wild stuff! 

Any testing coming up/any recent results? I will be tempted to test early this weekend, but my period is expected on Tuesday, with the new moon. I geek out when my cycle lines up just right.

GTKY: Do you think we should get rid of Daylight Savings time? Oh heck yes. I live in New England and the dark days of winter are bad enough without also messing around with the time!

Introduce yourself and anything you think is important: number of loss(es), when you had the loss(es), diagnosis/conditions surrounding loss, etc. M/C in early September - this is my first cycle since it. And it’s never ending. 

Status: TWW (on CD46!!) 

How are things going? What is something that you are struggling with and/or what is going well? I’m so afraid now of another loss. And I’m on antibiotics because of my UTI and afraid that will mess up my chances as well as hurt a pregnancy if I got pregnant. 

Any testing coming up/any recent results? Yes, I will test probably on Monday? That’ll be 10DPO.

GTKY: Do you think we should get rid of Daylight Savings time? Absolutely. It makes no sense anymore! Who wants it to be bright in the morning in winter and dark in the afternoon?! where I live, the sun sets at 4:25pm in December bc of this which is just outright depressing.
