Possible Miscarriage?

I feel frustrated and depressed! 
Last period was Aug 22 based on clear blue ovulation stick I ovulated Sept 4 (day 14) last day we had sex Sept 5. 

5w to 5w4d - spotting brown blood
5w2d HCG - 2970
5w4d HCG - 4170
6w1d HCG - 9467
6w2d HCG - 9725 
7w3d HCG - 18700

6w2d (Ultrasound done only measuring 5w6d gestational sac and yolk sac no fetal pole)
7w3d (ultrasound done only measuring 6w5d gestational sac and yolk sac no fetal pole)

Doctor is doing another ultrasound on Wednesday. He said its a grey area and it could go anyway. He doesn't like my HCG levels feels they should be higher. I emotionally wasn't prepared for this.  My pregnancy with my son 17 years ago was text book perfect. I'm trying not to stress about it and worry cause I literally can't change anything but I'm so depressed and just want to eat and sleep.  

Has anyone had a similar experience that can give me some hope cause I need something to hang on to.

I’m sorry you are dealing with this. 

I don’t like to give false hope. With a sac measuring that far along, you should definitely see a fetal pole by now, even if you ovulated later than what the strips indicated (since they aren’t perfect and don’t confirm actual ovulation). 

I hope you get a miracle and good news but I would prepare for the worst. I’ve had two losses and it sucks worse than anything.
