Eating more salads and legumes as a preventative, or adding Metamucil to your diet. If you talk with the pharmacist there are also over the counter products you can take that are safe in pregnancy.
Thank you. Its been a struggle these last few days. I’ve been drinking at least 64oz of water. I’ve been eating salads and just started on prunes. Fingers crossed!
Try kefir, - one glass in the morning before breakfast and one glass before sleep. When things worsen for me I can drink the whole bottle during the day. Helps 100%.
Magnesium. I’ve been drinking a glass of Natural Calm which is a magnesium supplement every night. It has helped tremendously with constipation and RLS, it’s supposed to help with sleep also but it doesn’t for me.
