So I’m 16+2, I’ve always been a stomach sleeper but that hasn’t been comfortable for awhile. I know it’s recommended to sleep on your side, preferably the left side, and to avoid back sleeping. However 🫣 my boobs hurt so bad when I sleep on my side! I usually wake up either in my back or on my side but my boobs hurt so so badly. Anyone else? Anyone have a trick they’ve found to keep weight off your chest?
