24 week belly feels so heavy

Today, I am experiencing what I can only describe as a full and heavy feeling across the upper-to-mid part of my belly. I started out this pregnancy overweight, but have lost 10 pounds and only gained 2 pounds back. My belly is definitely more pronounced and obvious now. I don’t remember having this feeling with my first pregnancy 7 years ago. Is this just because my belly is getting bigger? Position of baby? Just part of pregnancy? Any ideas or suggestions for how to deal with this?

My OB suggested I look into a quality support belt and I was able to order one she suggested through Aero Flow Breast Pumps and it was covered by insurance! A bit of a process to get it that way, but has been helpful.

I also suggest a maternity belt! My pelvic floor physio suggested the EZ mom maternity belt. It works well and is adjustable for the SI joints! My little one is sitting low and heavy, especially in the evenings.
