This varies wildly. If you want to know when/if you ovulate look into basal body temping. Aside from ultrasound it’s the only way to confirm ovulation.

It depends on when you got it removed and where you were at in your cycle. I didn't have my period for years with my IUD but I bought LH testing strips (easy@home from Amazon), a basal body thermometer, and used the premom app to track everything. I ovulated the following week after my IUD removal. It took me less than 4 months to get pregnant. I'm currently 4 weeks 3 days. Good luck to you!
Some women get pregnant immediately, others it takes months, others have issues and need IVF some never get pregnant. Basal thermometer and OPK withh help with tracking ovulation.
