  • How is exercise going for you? I am already starting to fall of the wagon here guys. this nausea and fatigue is really getting to me and messing with my mojo. I keep thinking, " maybe  will just wait until second trimester" but I know that is the just the beginning of excuses for me so I have to keep going!

    How do you feel? as stated above...tired/nauseous. Maybe its just in my head but I do think I feel better after exercise

    Accomplishments this week (big or small): despite feeling like poo this week I did still manage to run 2x and bike bootcamp 1x. Not my best week but surely not my worst. 

    GTKY: What is your least favorite form of exercise? Probably swimming (not the fun kind, the swimming laps kind). I have always been pretty good at sports but man did I suck at swimming competitively. I may never live down that hit to my ego haha

  • How is exercise going for you? It’s a struggle but I’m still doing it!

    How do you feel? So so tired. But I have been feeling mostly okay in the am, which is when I normally work out. 

    Accomplishments this week (big or small): I was able to run a slow 3 miles today. Every day I’m able to keep running seems like a victory. 

    GTKY: What is your least favorite form of exercise? That I actually do, I’d say spinning. That I don’t do, team sports.

  • @maelove we feel so aligned on this haha. I checked and for my last (also May DD) pregnancy, I didn’t work out from Oct 3-Nov 15. Hoping to do better this time.

  • How is exercise going for you? It's going! My half is Saturday so ... I'm sure I'll settle into more gentle yoga and fun runs once that's over. Very glad to be tapering.

    How do you feel? Good! I already feel like my pace has dropped significantly, but I also recognize that probably is because I'm slowing down intentionally so I don't over-exert

    Accomplishments this week (big or small): I had a great 6 miles last weekend with negative splits. More importantly though, I felt awesome the whole time.

    GTKY: What is your least favorite form of exercise? Yeesh ... I can't do the dance cardio stuff. Maybe I'm just uncoordinated?
  • How is exercise going for you? For weeks 4-6 I had been doing really well with doing Expected and Empowered workouts, I do them on lunch in my office. But I have been so tired and busy the last few days/weeks it hasn't happened. We've been doing walks in the neighborhood every other day or so.

    How do you feel? Tired and no motivation. I am hoping that when the extreme exhaustion stops at week 12 I can go back to working out in the AM, but I need that extra 1.5 hour lately.

    Accomplishments this week (big or small): We did a 2 mile trail walk with the kids on Friday

    GTKY: What is your least favorite form of exercise? Also dance coordinated stuff, I get too focused on the moves.

    How is exercise going for you? Umm, it's going. Today I swam 50 lengths in the pool and I feel like I ran a marathon and am SO exhausted 😞

    How do you feel? Tired, thirsty and no motivation to do anything but lay on my couch.
    Accomplishments this week (big or small): Got in the pool! Hoping to Barre tomorrow, I'll see how I feel.
    GTKY: What is your least favorite form of exercise? Running. The runner's high is not a thing for me and I don't need to find it.
