My gf 10 weeks pregnant called me clingy

Hello my gf has been very distant and not affectionate. She called me clingy and we don’t talk much or see each other ever since we both started new jobs. I’m scared I love her And just want us to be ok. She keeps saying that if we break up I will still get to see the kid. And that my focus should only be on the kid. I told her that it is and that I don’t want the kid to grow up like me or her. Without both parents in the home. Is this distance normal in the first trimester.

It can be,  as pregnancy (especially if not planned) can be very emotional.  Sit down with her, have her favorite meal or restaurant and have a heart to heart conversation.  Tell her how you are feeling let her express her feelings in a non judgmental way.  

Is there a chance that she may be feeling distant because of other reasons?  Cheating? Unsure of your relationship status, scared? 

Are the new jobs on different schedules, so you fo not see eachother much?
