Something about the end of first trimester always throws me for a loop. I thought my symptoms were getting better, then last night I was hit with a migraine so intense that I was up half the night vomiting. Has anyone else had pregnancy migraines that made them throw up?
Here's my q. Are more expensive nursing bras actually any better? I'm getting tired of the underwire already so am thinking about switching. I've always worn the cheap sia ones from Amazon but don't want to cheap out this time IF the expensive ones are actually better.

@catem07 I got A 2 pack of Secret Treasures nursing bralettes for 10 bucks at Walmart, they're cozy and have adjustable sizes, and can accommodate pads quite well imo
ETA to add my question....anyone having strong aversions to protein. The only thing I can eat right now are sandwiches with deli meat. I microwave it; but nothing else sounds good and induces nausea. I may try eggs tonight. I told DH steak is the only thing that sounds appealing and I don't eat a whole of red meat.
@gingermama46 I'm also not loving the protein lately.... Mostly have trouble stomaching it unless it's very disguised in whatever I'm eating. I was like this with my last pregnancy too, where I couldn't handle chicken for most of it.

Yes. I have been getting *weekly* migraines throughout the first trimester, each lasting 2-4 days. Monthly migraines (treated with triptans) were the norm for me pre-pregnancy. I was at urgent care a couple of weeks ago for this because of the intractable migraine vomiting 😐
@catem07 I have an expensive nursing bra from Hotmilk that is one of my favorite bras ever, and it did follow my changing breast size pretty well from 3 months postpartum to weaned after 1 year of breastfeeding. But, my bra size changed from 34A to 38D to 36B from start of pregnancy to peak boob size to post-weaned, so I’m probably going to try to make cheapies work until a little bit postpartum again in case my bra size changes a lot again.
Target ones are good for everyday. I think the combo pumping/nursing ones are totally worth it. I bought several from Ollie Gray with my daughter and already broke them out to have a more comfortable bra during this pregnancy. I'm thinking about trying the kindred bravely ones this time around, since I might not fit in my old ones by the time milk comes in. Personally I wouldn't buy anything expensive until 2 weeks after baby is born otherwise it's really hard to guess what size you will be.

I hope that was the last one for you @hestia-is-wearie !
