Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Hi, ladies -

Has anyone had experience with carpal tunnel syndrome due to pregnancy?

Both friends who have/had it are/were on their 4th pregnancy, coincidentally. One had it until 6 months after birth!

Hope you don’t experience it, but wondering if anything helped.

Hi @miracleshappen04, I had carpal tunnel late in my first pregnancy and it did last months after I gave birth, which was disappointing. I didn't get it as much with the 2nd pregnancy, so idk what to expect with this one! I wore braces to bed, which helped a little, and I had to stop knitting. Even using my phone was uncomfortable for a while. The good news is, it should eventually go away! Although definitely talk to your doctor if it doesn't.
