I just took a pregnancy test today and it came back positive. My last period started July 21 which puts my due date around April 27ish. I called to make an appointment with a doctor that came highly recommended by my sister, and even after I explained to them that I had 4 pregnancies in the past in which 3 of them were miscarriages, they scheduled my first appointment for Oct 18th. Would you wait that long? I thought I was considered high risk based on my past so I’m concerned that I really should be getting checked out sooner.
I had the same issue, but was limited to a particular office for insurance reasons. I went to a pregnancy resource center to at least get a confirmation and ultrasound. I will be 13 and a half weeks by the time I see my doctor, but they did my labs and a nurse visit at 10 weeks. Could you call and see if that is an option?
