Anyone in the same boat or closer as I am? How long can you be 3cm dilated too?( due October 14th, 2022)

I had a friend who was 4cm dilated for almost 3 months. Not sure about the effaced part though.

39 weeks + 1 day. Same measurements, 3 cm & 80%. Been that way for about a week and a half now. Dr. said will probably stay the same until active labor. Good luck!

I’ve been 3cm for over 2 weeks now. 

With my 3rd I was 2cm and 70% effaced at 32 weeks. I was induced with him at 37+2 for gestational hypertension. You could still have a while still.
