Ultrasound results- HELPPP

So I happened to look at my u/s results from earlier this month and no one called me to discuss them. It appears that there is either a) two babies or b) something wrong with the gestational sac in my currently confirmed fetus. I attached a screen shot... has anyone had u/s results read this way????

    I'm sorry that must be anxiety provoking. Have you called your doctor?

    @msmarypiie different sonographers will annotate the results differently. If you haven't heard back from your doctor, you should call them ASAP and get answers to your questions.

    All is well! Just had my appt today.  HR was 158 and baby is good!
