Rash

Hi. I got a rash a few days ago on my thigh that grew to my full body over night, it is now subsiding a bit. It looks like flesh colored bumps and only really noticeable to me when I touch my skin because they don’t itch or cause pain. 

I just came off of antibiotics for an ear infection so I’m not certain if it could be a reaction to that or a pregnancy symptom. Has anyone else experienced this weird symptom?

oddly enough, about a month ago I had the same rash but contributed it to being in the sun too long. Looking back, it would’ve been at the time of conception so I wonder if it’s an implantation symptom?! 

I see my Derm next week.
