Help! I’m 8 weeks, feeling crappy and exhausted. I’m really struggling with sleep due to restless leg syndrome. I used to take melatonin which really helped but my doc says that’s a no-go now. Anyone have any tips or tricks?
Consider wearing compression socks throughout the day! They don’t have to be strong, like 10-20mmhg. There are plenty of options out there but pro compression is my favorite! A little pricy but worth it
My mom who is an OBGYN Nurse said unisom. I was having restless leg syndrome almost every night until I started taking Unisom at night and that helped me immensely. It also helps with nausea at night.
unisom is a life saver, knocks u out in 15 min, but doesnt make u drowsy the next day and not too deep of a sleep that u wont wake up if u have other kids.
Re: Restless leg syndrome?
Be sure to ask what dosages are safe. If your doctor said no to melatonin, then what did they say about what you could try???
