Flying While Pregnant Anxiety

Hello! I’m 5 weeks along with our first baby and I’m absolutely terrified to fly. I’m worried it will somehow cause a miscarriage due to pressure or something. Any mamas on here have any advice or anything to help me with this anxiety?? It’s debilitating. I’m just so scared of miscarriage and I’m scared I’ll somehow trigger it. 😢

FWIW I’m flying on Saturday and don’t think anything of it.

I’m flying out tomorrow at ~5 weeks, and flew with my first a few times too. There’s nothing to be concerned about this early on ❤️
