Is anyone else experiencing rectal bleeding and pain when having a bowel movement?

I have not personally experienced this, but it sounds like you may have hemorrhoids, which is a common second trimester symptom. If it is hemorrhoids, your doctor may be able to prescribe you medication

Definitely check it out. I had that same issue a year ago and it ended up being a fissure which could require a minor procedure. You want to figure it out before it gets worse. Mine was small when I got it checked out immediately after the symptoms started so thankfully I just needed cream and it healed on its own.
