I’m 19 weeks, and I currently HATE drinking any fluid. Not sure why, just a serious aversion right now. I’m achey and need to hydrate badly… managed to choke down a little coconut water.
Any inspiration for some not super sugar loaded beverages that won’t repulse me?!😅
I’ve been waking up so freaking parched I could down Lake Superior, which is odd because I usually hate plain water.
For mocktails, I’m a big fan of light grapefruit juice with a splash of sugar-free lime tonic water (Polar makes a good one).
For times when I need to force myself to drink something, lemonade crystal light does the trick! Or I make chocolate milk using unsweetened almond milk and chocolate collagen powder.
