Responsive jabs?!

I’m a FTM, 23 weeks and starting to feel more movement on a daily basis. 

There are some evenings when I’m relaxing on the couch and if I haven’t felt anything, I’ll gently poke around my belly to see what happens. The past few times, it actually seems like she is poking back in response! Is that possible at this point? Anyone else experience anything similar?

I’m 23 weeks as well. With a posterior placenta I’ve been feeling bumps and taps since 19 weeks. Idk if my baby isn’t interested in play but as soon I start poking or rubbing the kicks stop, as if they’re saying “leave me be.” Lol I do however get a surge of movement if I dare bend forward in anyway 🙄

yes - they can respond back to touch, light and sound - it’s so amazing, isn’t it??
