Week 4 Cramps

Does anyone else have bad cramps in the middle of your abdomen or on only one side? I’m getting worried and about to call my doctor. I have no bleeding tho.

Ironically I am feeling the same today after waking up around 1am with a stomachache. I already planned on calling my dr today to get on the books for my first appt as I just got my positive last Thursday.

Cramping is listed as an early pregnancy symptom from what I have seen so I wouldn’t worry too much unless you start bleeding.
