Bump on baby’s head?

Hello! My 2 1/2 month old has a bump on his temple area on the right side of his face. It’s pea sized. Noticed it a few days ago. It doesn’t hurt him and he’s acting totally normal with no fever. I have an appt with his dr next week but hoping to get some insight before then. Has anyone else noticed this on their baby??
