Mucus Plug? [includes picture]

Apologies for the TMI, but does this look like a mucus plug or just discharge? I'm only 32W6D, so I'm a bit worried. I was out in the heat today walking, which could have an impact on things, but my discharge has usually been pretty white and not sticky.

Seems like discharge to me. I never lost mucus plug on my own bc i was induced but i always heard it was a lot more than that and can be bloody. Honestly i get discharge like that often, I’m 33 wks today
