@ftm1923 Drink as much water as you can, that’s number one. And monitor closely how much tylenol helps the fever to drop - my OB recommended 1000, but I noticed that 500 worked well for me too.
Gargle nose and throat with salted water 3-5 times a day, nose is where most of the virus lives. And get well soon!
@anny_r Thank you. Just saw your post. My son was throwing up on and off for the first 14 hrs but after that it's just been a stuffy runny nose for us, no fever. Just got a response from my doctors office due to it being a holiday weekend and they just said to rest when we need, stay hydrated, and take the pre-approved meds if needed.
I had covid at 19 wks. My ob told me to take zycam for zinc and tonic water for the quinine and Tylenol. Got lots of rest and I was back to normal on day 4. Felt like the worst case of allergies ever! No fever tho. Both my kiddos got it too.
