Thrush while breastfeeding

We have been dealing with a minor case of thrush. She was on the Nystatin but it really messed up her tummy. Has anyone tried Virgin Coconut Oil or Apple Cider Vinegar to clear it up?

My LO is five weeks old and we've been dealing with thrush pretty much since day one. Nystatin cream cleared up the rash on his bum but the oral Nystatin has done nothing. I have been doing an apple cider vinegar rinse on my nipples but haven't found it to be very successful so far. The one thing that seems to slowly be helping is an elimination diet. No sugar, no dairy, no gluten- nothing the yeast can feast on basically. It sucks, but thrush sucks more.
