Cramps, Braxton Hicks ?

I am 20 weeks pregnant and having mild cramping and contractions on and off. Just curious if anyone can share some stories on their Braxton Hicks contractions, did anybody have them this early? Should I be worried about preterm labor? I have some risk factors for that too, so I would just like to hear some of y'all's stories, maybe ease my mind.

Btw their irregular but I feel like they happen alot. I also work full-time and constantly on my feet. They seem worse then.

This is my second pregnancy, and Braxton Hicks started really early this time (around 16 weeks, which one of the nurse practitioners thought was surprising). I'm now 26 weeks and get them off and on (maybe 2 or 3 per day). I think as long as you're hydrated, and they aren't painful, you should be fine.  In my experience, the real thing feels very different from Braxton Hicks, more like period cramps that get increasingly painful.
