Testing positive for COVID during ovarian stimulation??

Hi everyone! I am an IVF warrior over here currently on my third round of IVF. I have just started stims for egg retrieval (on day 3) and tested positive for covid on day 2 of stims. My clinic told me we could keep moving forward with stims and just delay my first Ultrasound two days which would fulfill the CDC's recommendation of isolation days...my question is, has anyone else been through this and had a successful egg retrieval???? on one hand I do not want to delay my cycle on the other hand I want the best possible outcome and worry this will hinder my success..any insight or stories really appreciated!!!!
