My coteachers are driving me nuts. They are the special Ed staff and they have completely taken over my gen ed class. I’m also feeling really frustrated with all of the limitations I have to put into my classroom to make it inclusive. I’m used to allowing a lot more freedom and it’s just really discouraging.

@iiirene yikes, limitations seems like the opposite of inclusion!

My coworker is insane. He’s acting like my boss even though he isn’t. He’s been in this department longer than I have, but I’ve we been with the company longer than him. We’re supposed to be equal, but he’s trying to micromanage me and I’m not having it. And he’s chewed out the new guy for no reason several times. Honestly he probably hates me because I butt in and correct him when he’s being unreasonable to the new guy.

Today's TW is some rando at the grocery store who didn't know what to do with his grocery basket after he put his groceries in the car, and decided to just leave it there on the ground and drive away 😡 here's a tip sir, if you have so few groceries that you used a basket, you PROBABLY don't need to carry said basket all the way to your car

Late in the week for posting but have to vent. We hired a new Nanny in May after our last girl graduated college & moved on to get a full time job. The girl that accepted the position signed a 1 year contract with us, we expressed our concern that she was looking for a new career (also a relatively new college grad but was unhappy with the career choice she made so decided to nanny) We told her over & over how we did not want to welcome someone into our home only for the summer, to then have them leave in the Fall, its extremely disruptive to my girls, and to our entire routine. She committed and signed for a year... well guess who just gave her notice yesterday, 1st day of September, because her "dream job" just "fell in her lap while she wasn't looking". I hate people.
