Bad pain on right side of abdomen/uterus, pain right side lower back and though I’ve got no blood appearing, having felt round my cervix there is browny discharge should I be worried?
Trust your judgment: if it's worrying you, call your provider. They might be closed since it's the weekend, but they might have an after-hours line for emergencies. None of us are your medical provider, so unfortunately we cannot say what's normal or not. I will say with my first pregnancy, I spotted on and off in my first trimester and it ended up being no issue. Hang in there.

When in doubt, get it checked out.
Slight pain and very light bleeding/spotting was the only symptom of my ectopic. My dr didn’t want to see me, but I persisted. If you feel like something isn’t right, only getting it checked out will give you answers. Hang in there!
