I think my son is teething. 3 months?

So I think Riley has a tooth erupting. The thing that confuses me is that it’s not one of his incisors! It is in the position of a canine. I sent this photo to his pediatrician on our patient portal and I’m going to call tomorrow. 

Please forgive us pulling on his face… I promise no babies were harmed in the taking of this photo. Is this a tooth???

It could be one of those Epstein pearl thingies? DS I think has something like that on his molar. Harmless I'm pretty sure.

It was not an Epstein pearl. Those are present from birth. It was exactly the same thing as an Epstein pearl, but it’s just not called that. It’s gone now. Thank you @pajamstagrams for your reply!
