Has anyone got pregnant via IVF/ICSI with significant other having high Sperm DNA Fragmentation? Or does anyone know how how to fix high DNA Fragmentation other than surgeries?

You may want to elicit the help of a naturopath or functional medicine practitioner to help improve your partner’s health and optimize his sperm quality. A urologist may look into hormone imbalances and varicoceles as potential causes.
