Thoughts and Opinions ?! Possible Miscarriage, Low HCG

Ladies ,

Please help !! So my infertility doctor said my hcg is really low at around 6 weeks (it started at first beta : 11 , then 19 , 44 , 306 and 324 ) this last Friday she said since it didn’t double and only went up a bit it should probably stop rising soon and I should expect the worse … I have stopped progesterone already to let my body do it’s thing and nature take it’s course …🥺🥹

Well the whole weekend I’ve still been cramping and spotting but no heavy bleeding at all . Also , I’m still testing super dark on the pregnancy tests … what would you do ?!

Get a second opinion ? Schedule an ultra sound ? Get back on progesterone … get yet another hcg test ?! I don’t know I’m so lost, broken and confused please help !!! This is my first positive btw at 33 years old and after 2 years of Infertility treatments

What if a miracle can still happen ?!

Were all of your betas taken 48 hours apart?  If so, they didn't all double.  And 306 to 324 isn't even remotely close to doubling, so if it's 48 hours (or more) apart, then that is definitely bad news.  Especially if it's followed by cramping and spotting.  You probably should prepare for the worst.  A second opinion won't help you really, being as if you are going to MC, you are going to MC and nothing can stop it.  It definitely sucks though and I'm sorry.  You could ask for another beta test, as they should track your HCG down to 0 anyway.  They oftentimes only do them like weekly or so post-MC to track HCG.
