HCG not quite rising...

Ok, so forgive me for all the details...
We transferred 2 embryos on 7/28.
Beta #1 on 8/8: 188
Beta #2 on 8/10: 106 (We freaked. Assumed this cycle was a wash but our RE wanted to test again two days later)
Beta #3 on 8/12: 188 (We are thinking maybe both implanted but 1 stopped progressing)
Beta #4 on 8/16: 782
Beta #5 on 8/18: 1282
Doing research online I read that HCG doubles 48-72 hours and in early pregnancy (before 6 weeks) 35%-60% can still produce a viable pregnancy. Anyone have or heard of similar numbers and the pregnancy be ok?
