So at my 20 week anatomy scan I was told I have a big growing boy. They want me to go back at 24 weeks for another scan. Do I need to be worried he’s growing to big and too fast? FTM here

Just had mine last week and Nugget is in the 96th percentile. 

I was told that due to my age (35), they’d do one more ultrasound around 30 weeks to make sure baby’s growth hasn’t stalled. 

I think we’re just in for very fun labor, Mama.

My friend vaginally delivered a baby with a head over 95th percentile. He's 4.5 now and consistently measured in height, weight, and head circumference in very high percentiles. My son is about 6 weeks younger. He's consistently been 1st and 3rd percentile in height and weight. I wouldn't worry. Babies and kids come in all different sizes. It's all about their own growth chart. Some babies are just going to be bigger than other babies and that includes in utero.
