High amniotic fluid

I was just diagnosed with polyhydramnios/ high amniotic fluid levels at my 37 weeks ultrasound. The numbers are in the mild range, but my doctor said if my water happens to break at home, I need to get down on all fours and call and ambulance to prevent cord prolapsing. Did anyone else have their water break with polyhydramnios? Did you have to call 911 right away? Now I’m all sorts of worried it will happen while I’m away from home!
