TW miscarriage stomach growing

Hi all
A week ago I had an early scan as I had bleeding, baby was measuring 6.3 weeks but a low heart rate of 80bmp, I won’t have another scan for 2 weeks but worried baby’s heartbeat could stop by then.
Lately my stomach has been bloating and breasts have grown could this be a good sign? Or could this potentially still happen with a baby without a heartbeat still there?
