Water retention?

this is my 3rd pregnancy, and blood tests determined I am having another girl. This will be my 3rd girl. Anyways I am experiencing excessive weight gain along with swelling in my legs and face.
I’ve never had water retention this early in a pregnancy? Is this normal? I’ve gained a fairly decent amount of weight for being almost 10 weeks pregnant.
Also I’m not eating a lot (due to some terrible morning sickness) I eat what I can through out the day. But never much.
How is it I’m gaining 10+ lbs this early on? Is this common after multiple pregnancies or something I need to bring up to the doctor?
