Baby rash

My son got this rash few days ago. Doesn't seem to go away. Should i be worried? He seems fine otherwise. He is almost 5 months old. First contact doc said dont worry about it, but then it progressed from neck to face and head.

My daughter had eczema from the time she was 3 weeks old. She is 5 months old now and it’s still there but significantly better. My pediatrician also said don’t anything it will go away. As a mom it’s heartbreaking to see your baby face covered in rashes everyday. I tried many things but the “all over ointment” by Tubby Todd has been working like magic. Although people swear by it, my daughters eczema has cleaned 80% with this cream but there are few rashes on her faces that get inflamed with scratches. This ointment is slightly expensive so you can also try Vaseline. I like this ointment better than Vaseline cause it’s not sticky and dries out. Also, keep the area moisturized often, that’s what my doctor said and it has worked. I also clean her face first with baby mustela baby cleansing water and then tubby Todd. Every baby is different so please keep that in mind.
