Sciatic Pain :(

What are you ladies recommending? I am going to PT, things were going smooth I felt better, and then last week my baby dropped and felt like she was low. My Socratic has instantly flared up. Crying spells, no sleep, buttocks pain … please tell me what is working for you?? I am using hot and cold packs as well as hot showers…

    Have you tried a chiropractor?  Tennis ball can help too.
    Current pregnancy -
    First BFP on 1/4/22.  Due date 9/13/22.

    Four prior losses, no living children - 1 first trimester miscarriage, 1 blighted ovum, 1 chemical, and one extreme premature live birth daughter who died at 15 days old.
