Ultrasound and conception date

I am looking for some advice please.

I had sex with person A on the 23rd/24th October 2021.

I had sex with person B 3rd November 2021 and continued to have sex with only him for 2 months (we had sex 3rd/5th/6th and then do not know exact dates beyond this).

I was on my period 3rd November - 6th November.

I missed my December period and did a pregnancy test on the 3rd December and 4th both were negative. I did another on the 6th December which was positive.

I went for scan on January 31st 2022 and was told I was measuring exactly 12 weeks and due 15th August. If I count back 12 weeks from 31st Jan it takes me to the 8th November but I had only just finished my period - would this be gestational or Fetal age from the scan?

I am now worrying myself about who the father is. Could it be person A even though I had a period after the last time we had sex (or what I thought was a period possibly implantation?). If it was person A surely I would be measuring further along?

Any help would be fab thank you!

Person b is the father. You don’t get pregnant and then have a period, and if you got pregnant in October, you’d be due now, not in august. Fwiw, my lmp was 11/4/21, I ovulated 11/18/21, and I’m due 8/11/21- so pretty similar cycle timing. If you didn’t have sex with person a in the middle of November, I wouldn’t be worried.

Thank you for the reply.. I did think it can’t be person A and then I’ve been doing lots of reading about then was thinking it was maybe implantation bleeding and not a period? But if that was the case I would have gotten a positive test earlier than 6th December. Think I just need to get out of my own head and stop over thinking. Thanks again! X

I agree with above poster. My LMP was November 6th. My EDD is august 13 (originally but changed to aug 10 based on ultrasound).
person B is 100% the father without person A being a possibility unless you had sex after your November period. You likely would of gotten pregnant some where around November 16-23rd.
